The biostimulant is derived from our zero-input ocean farm located in grade A waters of the Ramsey Sound.
Our biostimulant is designed to help land farmers maximise their crop yields, whilst requiring the use of less synthetic fertiliser. Reasearch shows it will also increase the resilience of their crops to extreme weather events such as floods, frosts and droughts.
With a capacity to process a minimum of 4 tonnes per day of fresh seaweed, our plans are to work with, and purchase from, other farmers of high-quality kelp seaweeds. This will meet the ever growing market demand for these home-grown biostimulant products, help grow the UK seaweed industry and retain the benefits for coastal communities.
