Production Partner
Location: Câr-y-Môr, St Davids, Pembrokeshire
Salary: £27,040 per annum - the basic hourly rate is the same for all partners
Hours per week: 40 hours using a flexible banked hours system
Contracts: A one-year partner starter contract followed by a permanent partner contract
Reports to: Production Manager Partner
About the Production Partner role:
This role will report to our experienced Production Manager Partner and be responsible for supporting the production team with shellfish, fish and seaweed production. The right person will be comfortable maintaining high standards of product quality and food hygiene. Supply and Dispatch Lead Partner

This role is central to our operations. You'll manage sourcing from our network of local fishermen, gatherers and suppliers; coordinate scheduling and dispatch; and ensure every order meets the highest standards of quality and food safety.
