Seaweed Biostimulant Sales & Production Lead Partner

Location: Câr-y-Môr, St Davids, Pembrokeshire

Salary: £27,040 per annum - the basic hourly rate is the same for all partners

Hours per week: 40 hours using a flexible banked hours system. This role is full-time but for the right candidate part-time will be considered.

A unique opportunity has arisen to join the working team of the Community Benefit Society, Câr-y-Môr as it continues to develop its seaweed biostimulant production and sales in our new facility Sied-y-Môr . You’ll be responsible for developing sales to all possible customers, for example, farmers, growers, gardeners, groundsmen etc. You will also be responsible for the dayto-day management at Câr-y-Môr of biostimulant including deliveries, production and stock.

This will include working with several farmers across Pembrokeshire and Wales that have already been trialling seaweed biostimulant for two years, supporting them to find bespoke solutions for each individual farmer that improve their profitability and soil health. You will be mentored by one of our Directors who has been working on biostimulant marketing for several years, alongside an experienced local agronomist.  You’ll report to our MD.

You’ll also be responsible for the day-to-day biostimulant management at Câr-y-Môr including sales fulfilment, production and stock.
