Production Partner

A unique opportunity has arisen to join the working team of the Community Benefit Society, Cȃr-y-Môr as it moves into its new Sied-y-Môr facility near St Davids, over the coming months. We are looking for an efficient hands-on operator to join our production team who is committed to achieving and maintaining SALSA accreditation in our new facility. This team is at the beating heart of our  community business.  The role will report to our experienced Production Lead Partner Dec and be responsible for hands-on production of shellfish, fish and seaweed. The right person will be hard working, and committed to the SALSA accreditation we require to supply more customers with our high quality Welsh seafood from our fishermen, gatherers and sea farms here in Pembrokeshire. 

For this role we are looking for someone to work full time hours. For the right candidate part-time would also be considered.
