Câr-y-Môr is a Community Benefit Society founded six years ago and equally owned by its 800 members. We’re a unique Welsh sea farming and live seafood business, dependent on tides and the weather - making Câr-y-Môr a 7-day a week business, including some work in the early mornings and evenings. Our partners work on a fair rota basis, ensuring that both the business operates efficiently 7 days a week, and their home life is valued.

As our newest working partner, you’ll be joining Câr-y-Môr at an exciting time — as we move into our brand-new Sied-y-Môr facility over the coming months. We’re privileged to have this wonderful facility, which will allow Câr-y-Môr to grow, providing long-term fulfilling jobs for our working partners.

This role is central to our operations. You'll manage sourcing from our network of local fishermen, gatherers and suppliers; coordinate scheduling and dispatch; and ensure every order meets the highest standards of quality and food safety. If you can see yourself developing a passion for supplying healthy and natural Welsh seafood, and you’d love to be a part of a close-knit and committed team that dares to dream they can bring real benefits to our coastal community - then we'd love to hear from you.
