Dulse has an amazing smokey taste, colour and is a healthy add-on to a number of savoury dishes and sweet treats. A strong favourite with the team here at Car Y Mor, it is aptly called “The bacon of the sea”, due to its smokey and deep flavour. Great to sprinkle on eggs in the morning or try adding it to a brownie batter for a nice sweet savoury balance.
